It is necessary to prepare carefully for your trip to the International Junior Art Festival in Gangneung, South Korea.

We provide all the answers. First contact, flight to South Korea, the festival days, flight back home – we are there to help with words and deeds. Based on long experience in the field, our service includes help with the following subjects: introduction to Korean culture, travel planning, flight booking, artistic and musical questions, technical questions, acquisition of third-party funds. According to circumstances and requirements, personal meetings in addition to communication via email and telephone may be possible. Our assistance is a free service of the International Junior Art Festival Committee.

Team Korea

Though we accompany you during the International Junior Art Festival, the Festival Committee takes over in South Korea. It consists of members of the local Federation of Artistic and Cultural Organization, the Gangneung Culture and Arts Foundation, and many volunteers. Some of them get involved with the International Junior Art Festival for years. Each participating group is supported by an interpretor who assists the group during the festival days. Every night, an interpretor meeting makes sure your team is always up to date. A detailed schedule is distributed every day at that.

Partners

Several partners share in the organisation and realisation of the International Junior Art Festival.

Official host of the festival is the local Federation of Artistic and Cultural Organization, a cultural organisation operating all over South Korea. It is assisted by the Gangneung Culture and Arts Foundation, founded in 2008 by the original inventor of the International Junior Art Festival, Mr Jeong, Tae-Hwan. The realisation of the festival is the task of the Festival Committee, consisting of members of both partners. The festival is sponsored by Gangwon Province and Gangneung City. Furthermore, there are co-operations with the local KBS Broadcast Station, the KSGI Arts Council Korea and the Gangneung Danoje Festival Committee.
